Applied online, interview was set up for 2 days later. Before interview they require a typing test then you do a panel interview. Following that you shadow for your selected place and then the office manager makes the decision to bring you on or not. Whole process took about a week

you apply at their website, they review your resume and will call you if they like what they see, also if you get a choice/opportunity to do a school externship they 9/10 times will hire you with well above payscale. the interview will be with the office you applied for, then if it goes well you will do a peer interview (usually means you got it) then hr will call you and go over your experience and offer your pay and you either can negotiate accept or decline. after that ( if you accepted) you will be emailed all your paperwork for payroll, w4 ect, you'll have to go to a website link they send you to do your back ground check, they require 5 professional references 2 that have to be direct supervisors and you need all their emails because you'll be sending them a survey from mercy about you, you'll then need all your credentials certifications and will be scheduled to just turn that in and do a pe with drug screen, then be given an orientation date. the orientation date will be changed if you didn't get all your paperwork in and your orientation date is your first day you get paid. employment is contingent on you completing the pre-employment screens.
peer interview questions will be from everyone in the office from a printed list of questions, my questions were; 1.) use three words to desribe yourself, 2.) what would you do if you weren't getting along with a coworker, 3.) desribe a bad experience you had at your last job and what was the outcome, 4.) what do you think the most important part of a functioning office is
