Interview
Took two online questionnaires, one was timed and asked a variety of mathematical questions, the other was more of a personality assessment. Took about 30 minutes total. They followed up very promptly indicating they wanted someone with a better fit.

Didn't actually get to speak to a person, but the assessment questions were along the lines of 'I always look for opportunities for advancement' and things like that with the option choose to agree/disagree/neutral as it pertains to you.
