I was called in for an interview for their bloodbank. The woman in charge of the interview was pleasant enough and knew that I would be graduating from the MLT program the next month and that my bloodbank rotation was the last one that I would be completing. She basically told me before I left that day that she really would like to hire me and then asked me to come in and shadow for a couple hours to make sure that I really liked it.
