First you must get pass phone interview before you get one with any manager. I was not aware on their page that I must enter the 1 year residency program where i must stay there for 3 more years after that or else I will have to pay them back ten grand. I find it kind of foolish that I have a bachelors already and still need to go into the program to train for something I was already taught.
