Phone screen with recruiter prior to interview. Zoom interview with nurse manager and a couple other nurses on the floor. Interview was short and sweet. Typical tell me about yourself and behavioral questions. Offered the job shortly after.

Describe a time when you received criticism and how you handled it.
Very encouraging phone interview with recruiter. Met in-person with administrator and manager. Asked about experience, was given info about the job. Went to shadow on unit, met with other staff asked questions. Felt very positive. Had experience and felt it was a good fit. Had previous co-workers who worked there encourage me to apply, telling me I was perfect for this. Was ghosted.
