Simple and painless. Was offered job within the first 10 minutes of the interview. Management seemed like they knew what they were doing, until it was obvious they were (literally) reading from a script.

Interview
I was interviewed by a colleague, so the process of quick and required topics to fill the time. Now there is a different supervisor who is still relaxed, but ultimately inefficient.
The only issue was that the company itself only does orientation once or twice a month, so the hiring process gets held back easily.
