I had 3 interviews and was strung along for 2 months. They made me feel like I had my pick of 3 different positions only to reject me from one because I'm an introvert. Then, gave the 2nd position to someone else the next day. Finally, they made me feel like I could have had the 3rd position just to tell me my background didn't fit despite having my resume from the beginning. Thank you for giving my hopes up. I was really disappointed by the lack of transparency but the opposite was expected from me. Many red flags from management in regards to lacking communication and drama work culture. Clearly, understaffed where the manager had to come in on her vacation!
