This company seemed to be confused and disorganized from the get go not only in IT but HR. My interaction started with an HR phone screen which I passed. They invited me to come on site. The building was very nice including the area where the receptionist was was nearly all glass and you could see the sky on a cloudless day. Very nice. They seemed confused that I had arrived at the scheduled time. The HR person was out and they had no idea what to do. So finally they managed to find the hiring manager and an team employee. They too seemed very confused. The interviewed like they had no clue how to do it. Then after the interview the HR person wanted to get my feedback. But even that seemed to be like the first time she had ever done that.
