Initially had a phone conversation with HR recruiter and then she scheduled a face to face interview with several managers. During this interview a simple "let's see what you can do on a keyboard" scenario was provided. They asked "how would you" type questions and wanted to see how one would go about answering their questions at the keyboard. Nothing crazy, nothing complicated. You don't get to meet anyone that isn't in management. Had a followup conversation with yet another manager that couldn't make it in person and then heard nothing for weeks even with emails to the HR recruiter asking what the next steps are. Then you will get a run-a-round about money even if you are OK with the salary range that they are offering because they know what is important in other people's lives. In the end, this company will waste a lot of your time and energy just to disrespect and ignore you.
