The weirdest interview I think I ever had. The hiring manager wanted me to explain my knowledge in the project management field before I had a formal interview and I did so. When I finally had the formal interview it was as if the hiring manager didn't even read my resume and skill set. He was very unprepared and told me that there may be other positions in the company where my skills could be useful. The next day HR reached out to me to inform me that I made it to the second round and that they wanted me to speak to a consultant. I found it strange but said okay. Never heard back from them. It's clear this company has no professionalism and don't know exactly what they're looking for.
