Interesting organization and approach! Had to provide beforehand two references and had to fill in an online Belbin test, without any explanation of the purpose of the test. Questions like: What kind of person according to this test would fit in your team or do you thing I would fit with this profile in your team where simply not answered not even during the interview.
No open approach.
Very hierarchy.
The overall impression of the interview was unstructured. Too bad the the management style is like that.
