Applied, about a week later got a call for an interview time and day. Turns out they interviewed like 15 people the same day as me, with interviewees still in the rooms as I waited outside. Met with three groups of two engineers, culminating in a director/senior engineer interview. Asked basic questions about my resume and one trivia question at the end.

Interview
I first had a phone interview where I was asked questions about my experience directly from my resume. I then had an in person interview at Merit where I was given a tour for about 45 minutes and then met with both the project manager and VP of R&D at the company. There were one or two technical question but the rest were more about my experience, and interests, I then had the opportunity to ask questions I wanted to know.
