good old boys (Mormon) network for the top jobs, the undesired jobs are open to anyone. Phone screens are done to internal applicants but there is no internal promotion. Use openings to bring in more good old boys, Don't waste your time interviewing for an internal position. Its just a process, they don't actually give you the position or tell you why one of the owners unskilled friends were hired instead of you....
