I applied online received and initial phone screen email via teams within one week. Interviewed and with HR. The interview was very professional. My interviewer did not know much about the role as they had not been with the company very long. I was asked about compensation to make a move. I asked if they could provide a range to see if this role would align with my expectations and was told NO.
