Smooth and quick process. They didn’t beat around the bush. They knew what they were looking for, and so did I. It was really straight forward, as you might expect for the position.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mersive (Denver, CO) in Jan 2018
Interview
There were a few phone screening interviews short and sweet most importantly professional yet friendly. I felt at ease and comfortable to state my concerns with the various managers I met with over then phone and they answered them with ease and honesty witch was a great change of pace from previous experiences.
I also had an in person meeting where they flew me out and had me staying in a very nice hotel. I was made to meet with the entire management team including an hour with the founder and an other hour with the CEO, both these meetings were absolutely lovely and pleasant.
