Fairly quick process. Applied Wednesday night and heard back the following day with an email invitation to complete a one way video interview. I completed that the following Saturday. Received an email 2 hours later inviting me to a oovoo informational session with a recruiter. I did that on Monday. The other person that was supposed to be with me didn't show up so after the information session, I was briefly interviewed and was asked customer service questions. The recruiter said I would hear back either by email or phone call. 3 days later I was contacted by phone with a CJO. I can't wait to start training!

Online process where you record videos of yourself answering questions and you have unlimited time to think of an answer and unlimited takes. But you do only have one minute to answer. Questions are pretty easy if you put some thought into them. About a month later I was invited to a group interview session via zoom as well as a one-on-one interview.

Tell us a little bit about yourself, who is your role model other than a parent, talk about a time with a difficult situation with a coworker, what does hospitality mean to you.
Very easy process. Honestly, it was such a pleasant Interview process. Fairly quick to move forward or to know you were not accepted. The recruiters were open minded and enjoyable to talk to. None of them were so intimidating that you felt unworthy.
