I applied for this position twice. The first time was back in February of this year and after I submitted my video interview, I was invited to an open interview session where recruiters talked about the company and then we were dismissed to wait for one on one interviews. I was not selected to attend training, so I had to wait 6 months to re-apply. So..here I am! With a success story this time!! I applied the first week of August and received an email to do my video interview the next day. Don't stress out about this. They give you 5 days to complete it and you're allowed to re-record your answers as many times as it takes to get it perfect! After you submit that they send you an email saying they will review it and if they want to move ahead in the process, they will let you know. I received an email, maybe 2 days later, with dates and times for available oovoo interviews. This is a 2 way video with a recruiter on the other end and maybe 1 or 2 other applicants as well. Like the open session, they give you information about the company and the position and then they interview you independently. It's a very short, relaxed interview. The recruiter asked me 2 customer service related questions and a safety question. It felt more like a casual conversation than an interview. Then she told me she had to submit everything to upper management and I would hear either way whether I would be invited to attend training. She said it could take 1 to 3 weeks to hear back, but it was way sooner. I interviewed on a Thursday and she called on that Sunday with a CJO!!! I leave for training on the 31st!! For anyone who has tried and failed, let this be motivation for you! Don't give up!! I know 6 months can seem like a lifetime, trust me, but if this is your dream, you'll put in the effort and endure the long wait to re-apply! Good luck!!
