The process began with an initial phone screening that lasted for approximately 30 minutes. I was asked some general preliminary questions which eventually opened the door for a more formal interview.

One question that I was asked was, "Tell me a little bit about yourself."
Basically, the just wanted to get to know your character. A conversations style vs interview style. Very relaxing environment. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. He shared his experiences with the airline and seemed favorable.
