I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Mesa Air (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2016
Interview
Did the online app and online video. It was not as difficult than the AA one I did about 1.5 weeks ago(btw-still haven't heard anything back on that yet, so idk if they kicked me to the curb or what). Both give you 5 days to complete. What put me at ease was the email that was sent to do the video said that I can stop to think of my answer & then return to do it. No 1 min time limit & there's a chance to redo if needed on a Q:) I did mine outside because they said that was an option. The lighting was more natural and flattering, plus I didn't have to worry as much about my mom was trying to pull a sneaky & listen! Just relax, put your hair in a flattering pulled back fashion, nice classic makeup with a shade of lipstick that will flatter you. Look the part of a FA. I went online looking at images on the traditional hair and makeup. Try not to look nor sound like some of the girls who have put out a cheapo looking video of just laying around in the crib doing their thing in a low monotone voice on youtube about interviewing. Look polished, alert[not bug eyed), look into the camera while speaking & above all SMILE pretty:) Relax & just go do it!

Why Mesa Air ( something along the lines of this)?
Super easy! Did a video interview that was about 4 questions, mostly about you and customer service questions. Had an online interview with recruiters and waited about a week for a phone call.

Interview
Online process where you record videos of yourself answering questions and you have unlimited time to think of an answer and unlimited takes. But you do only have one minute to answer. Questions are pretty easy if you put some thought into them. About a month later I was invited to a group interview session via zoom as well as a one-on-one interview.

Question 1
Tell us a little bit about yourself, who is your role model other than a parent, talk about a time with a difficult situation with a coworker, what does hospitality mean to you.
Very easy process. Honestly, it was such a pleasant Interview process. Fairly quick to move forward or to know you were not accepted. The recruiters were open minded and enjoyable to talk to. None of them were so intimidating that you felt unworthy.
