I submitted my application 02/02/18 and got an email the next day to do a one way interview. 3 weeks later I got an email to do attend a group interview and one on one and then 4 days later, which was yesterday 02/28/18 I got my CJO. During the one way interview they ask 5 questions and you can take your time. Dress for the part and smile while talking. I accidentally sat down when they instructed in the email for me to be standing up. Make sure you follow instructions. I was able to email them and apologize and they were so kind and emailed me back that I should be fine. It’s important to follow instructions even when you’re nervous. I totally spaced. My training is on March 23rd in Phoenix. Is anyone else going to training the same time?

Online process where you record videos of yourself answering questions and you have unlimited time to think of an answer and unlimited takes. But you do only have one minute to answer. Questions are pretty easy if you put some thought into them. About a month later I was invited to a group interview session via zoom as well as a one-on-one interview.

Tell us a little bit about yourself, who is your role model other than a parent, talk about a time with a difficult situation with a coworker, what does hospitality mean to you.
Very easy process. Honestly, it was such a pleasant Interview process. Fairly quick to move forward or to know you were not accepted. The recruiters were open minded and enjoyable to talk to. None of them were so intimidating that you felt unworthy.
