Interview
Mesa was the first airline that I applied to and got a video interview offer within a couple of days of submitting my application. The video interview was through Spark Hire, and it was required that you stand during the interview. Preferably hips up with your hands to the side or folded. The standing portion was awkward since I had to lean in and stop the recording on my tablet. It might have been different if I used my computer, but it was still a bit awkward. There were only five questions that were asked during my interview, and all of them can be found below. Answers must be done within a minute and there are unlimited retakes before submitting.
After about a week or two I got a thanks but no thanks for my video interview results. Overall it was an okay experience.

Online process where you record videos of yourself answering questions and you have unlimited time to think of an answer and unlimited takes. But you do only have one minute to answer. Questions are pretty easy if you put some thought into them. About a month later I was invited to a group interview session via zoom as well as a one-on-one interview.

Tell us a little bit about yourself, who is your role model other than a parent, talk about a time with a difficult situation with a coworker, what does hospitality mean to you.
Very easy process. Honestly, it was such a pleasant Interview process. Fairly quick to move forward or to know you were not accepted. The recruiters were open minded and enjoyable to talk to. None of them were so intimidating that you felt unworthy.
