I heard about the airline through Pan Am International Flight Academy in which I attended to learn to be a flight attendant and to get a certification. I applied maybe almost 2 weeks now since I've been home. Last Wednesday, Mesa Air sent me an email to do the video questionnaire/interview. I was just wondering has anyone done it? How long did you have to wait back for a response as far as if you're invited to training? I am still waiting to hear back from them. Gonna remain hopeful and prayed up that I get invited to training. Any Mesa Air Flight Attendants or some who had interviews with them as well are more than welcome to give me any feedback or advice.
Super easy! Did a video interview that was about 4 questions, mostly about you and customer service questions. Had an online interview with recruiters and waited about a week for a phone call.

Online process where you record videos of yourself answering questions and you have unlimited time to think of an answer and unlimited takes. But you do only have one minute to answer. Questions are pretty easy if you put some thought into them. About a month later I was invited to a group interview session via zoom as well as a one-on-one interview.

Very easy process. Honestly, it was such a pleasant Interview process. Fairly quick to move forward or to know you were not accepted. The recruiters were open minded and enjoyable to talk to. None of them were so intimidating that you felt unworthy.
