Fun and engaging interview process. Great company. I would enjoy interviewing with them again and communicating with them to learn more about the culture along with the work/life balance, and the companies foundation as a starting point for a beginner flight attendant.

Online process where you record videos of yourself answering questions and you have unlimited time to think of an answer and unlimited takes. But you do only have one minute to answer. Questions are pretty easy if you put some thought into them. About a month later I was invited to a group interview session via zoom as well as a one-on-one interview.

Very easy process. Honestly, it was such a pleasant Interview process. Fairly quick to move forward or to know you were not accepted. The recruiters were open minded and enjoyable to talk to. None of them were so intimidating that you felt unworthy.
