Interview
I was excited honestly I applied got an invitation for video interview, than an update on moving forward than a group session invitation and a face to face interview after the unprofessional presentation about the company benefits, wardrobe, expectations the flight attendant/ recruiter leaves before we even start the session to observe makes judgement I believe returns asks where the group is from an hour later it's face to face I'm be real if I was his ethnicity race I would of got hired his ugly nature didn't allow me to earn my wings I attended all the way to the seventh phase only to inform I won't be moving forward what a waste of my time some wisdom qualified candidates deserves an equal opportunity y'all ain't the only airline or the best.

Interview
Online process where you record videos of yourself answering questions and you have unlimited time to think of an answer and unlimited takes. But you do only have one minute to answer. Questions are pretty easy if you put some thought into them. About a month later I was invited to a group interview session via zoom as well as a one-on-one interview.
