When I had my interview there about 25-30 candidates. It was organized, and both of the recruiters were very nice. It started off as a presentation of the company, basically speaking on the guidelines and what is expected of you if you get the position. Then we had a group activity. We chose a partner that we "interviewed" and got to know, then presented them in front of the group. Simple. Afterwards, there was some paperwork that we filled out; nothing too difficult. One of the recruiters collected our resume's, and copies of high school diplomas, as well as the paperwork, and we all left the room so they could pick out who they wanted to interview. After about 20 minutes, the recruiters came back with a list of the people they were interested in interviewing. I'm not sure how these people are selected. In our case, half the class was sent back home. I was one of the people chosen.The interview was very simple, and relaxed. The questions asked were about my past jobs and a few simple customer service questions. Definitely not as stressful as I thought it would be, the recruiter was extremely nice as well. They told me they will send an email and if I don't hear back from them in 4-6 weeks to shoot an email. All in all, the interview process isn't that bad. If you really want to be a flight attendant, just be yourself, smile, and be happy that you're there.
