I applied online. I interviewed at Mesa Air (Sterling, VA) in Dec 2015
Interview
The interview process went fairly smooth. I recieved a video interview invitation after submitting my online application a few days after that I was asked to attend a session near IAD on Decemebr 17. The session was fairly quick an it was only 7 of us at the session so thankfully we all got one on one interviews. It's crazy how all seven of us had the same personality and got along immediately. It's like a family seriously! The recruiter went over the mesa timeline from beginning to end, she was great and friendly, gave a bunch or information that I knew of and didn't know of. They said it will take 6-8 weeks to get back to us but I'm hoping sooner than that I check my email everyday. Can't wait to be apart of the mesa family.
Super easy! Did a video interview that was about 4 questions, mostly about you and customer service questions. Had an online interview with recruiters and waited about a week for a phone call.

Interview
Online process where you record videos of yourself answering questions and you have unlimited time to think of an answer and unlimited takes. But you do only have one minute to answer. Questions are pretty easy if you put some thought into them. About a month later I was invited to a group interview session via zoom as well as a one-on-one interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell us a little bit about yourself, who is your role model other than a parent, talk about a time with a difficult situation with a coworker, what does hospitality mean to you.
Very easy process. Honestly, it was such a pleasant Interview process. Fairly quick to move forward or to know you were not accepted. The recruiters were open minded and enjoyable to talk to. None of them were so intimidating that you felt unworthy.
