Very organized - they provided the questions 30-min in advance of the interview and gave you a scrap piece of paper that they had to keep. This gave you time to look over and decide what answers you would save for what questions. There was a panel of interviewers, each rotated asking a question, and then they wrote their response. Even though it was timed, it did not feel strict on the time. They were all very welcoming and curious.
