I submitted my resume for one position, and event though i was no selected for that exact position, they kept my info on file and reached out when another position was made available that was similar but within another department. At that point an interview was set up in panel format. They asked questions in round robin style and allowed me time to answer to the best of my ability. After the interview, I was called one day later to come in for a second interview to meet the team and get to interact with them as a unit and see how the integration would be as if i were to be a good fit within the team.
