I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meso Scale Diagnostics (Gaithersburg, MD) in Sep 2008
Interview
There were two phone interviews prior to an in-person, day-long interview. I had to give a talk on prior work, and then 5 pairs of people each taking half an hour. I was taken to a nice lunch. I was not given a deep understanding of the concentration of decision-making processes at the very top of the company, and led to believe that I would have more authority and responsibility than I ended up having.
