Messer Americas Account Manager interview questions

Interview process was extremely long. First contact in May, had intake call in early June. First “real” interview was at the end of June, and then no contact until early August with another interview. More radio silence until the end of August when I was rejected via an automated email. I was also invited to interview twice with the same person, as if they forgot they had the interview. Overall a waste of 3 months. Please be more communicative with applicants and speed up the time between interviews. It should not take 3 months to determine someone isn’t the right fit.
