MetLife Assistant Manaer Operations interview questions

I went to MetLife interview for Assistant Manager Operations on 16th July'10. I was told that the interview will take place at 5:30PM IST, I reahced company at 5:15PMISt. However, I had to wait for 4.5 hours for my interview. They arranged my drop for 9:30PM IST and my interview took place t 9:20PM and ended at 9:30PM. It was just a formality done as the position was already fixed. Feedback given to me later on was that I have huge exposure in Quality and less in OPS. However, my resume was with manager ops for month. He never bothered to check the same and called me from West Delhi to Noida, kwpt me waiting for 4.5 hours to let me know that I have less exposure in OPS which was not the case..
