A one-to-one interview with a manager to discuss my experience, overview of the role, and an opportunity to ask questions. The job spec was quite detailed and offered plenty of information about the role. However, the hiring manager had a more simplified understanding of the role and the day-to-day tasks required from the successful candidate.
