I interviewed specifically for iOS engineer. The entire process took about a month and a half. It could’ve gone faster but I had a long vacation in between the phone screen and on-site. Phone screen was very standard leetcode question plus some iOS knowledge. I was notified the next day for on-site. On-Site was 4 rounds plus lunch. 2 are coding interviews with some iOS knowledge tests. 1 system design mainly focus on white-boarding an iOS app with specific requirements. 1 behavioral with a small coding question at the end. My recruiter was great at keeping me up to date. She contacted me the next day after on-site to let me know the result is looking good. She explained to me every detail of the hiring process and who she’s talking to what hiring committees on what day as my champion, etc. When I get the comp back, she encouraged me to think of data points I can provide for a counter. I was also invited on-site after getting the offer to meet with some managers and senior engineers so they can help answer some of my questions. Overall, I really like that the whole process is super transparent and everyone I met are super nice and helpful.
