I was referred through a colleague for the RPM position. Throughout the process, the recruiters were also accommodating of my scheduling needs, as well as providing answers to any questions throughout. After an initial phone screening, the recruiter told me by the end of the conversation that I would be moved to the next round of interviews, which would be a back-to-back remote interview with two current Product Managers at Facebook. The first of the interviews was "product sense", followed by an "execution" interview. A few days later, I was contacted by the recruiters who told me I would be advancing to the next round, a final onsite interview at Facebook HQ in New York City. The onsite interview consisted of three interviews, each on a specific topic such as leadership, execution, and product sense. After the three back-to-back interviews, I had lunch with a current PM in the RPM program and two other applicants.
