I had a phone screen and I got rejected.
My interviewer asked a question and I worked through it successfully, but only after I was done, she said that she "had planned to ask 3 questions so..." I wish she had communicated it clearly in the beginning of the interview so I could have planned accordingly - I mean, I could go on with more details and that's what I chose to do. Halfway through the interview, her tone seemed like she had already made up her mind.
