Multi-Interview Panel. I met with my hiring manager, skip and employees from the engineering team. Role was based on cross-functional development across engineering and business leadership. I was a virtual and in-person project on campus and via zoom.

There are two rounds of interviews and prep discussion with resource agent in between. The first relatively straight forward. The second round is exhausting which included 5 sessions. Although the questions do not have a black or white answer, the interviewers have their own answer which you must hit.
