A recruiter contacted me about the role. Had an initial conversation with the recruiter, then a screening interview with a hiring manager, and then a virtual onsite (final loop) with four people. Due to the holidays and start of the new year, the process was a total of 3 months.
Although I was not offered the position, it was an overall great experience. Everyone involved (recruiters and interviewers) were very pleasant and encouraging.

Interview
A really long process. few interviews that lasted at least one hour,
the interviewers were nice, but after spending such long hours, I would've expected to get an explanation for the rejection. I approached the company afterward and till today - got no answer.
