I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Meta in Jan 2024
Interview
Recruiter Reachout -> OA/Work Assessment -> On-site (2 coding, 1 behavioral) -> Potential Follow-up Round -> Team Match -> Offer
On-site coding round is 45 minutes each, with 2 questions per round. I received 3 leetcode mediums and 1 hard for the on-site. I was invited for a follow-up coding round and received 1 leetcode easy and 1 hard.

Question 1
1 Leetcode Easy, 3 Medum, 1 Hard. All were Facebook tagged in the last 6 months, sorted by frequency
The technical round hit me with a classic array manipulation problem: moving zeroes to the end without disrupting the order of non-zero elements. As I tackled it, I felt a wave of familiarity wash over me; I had just practiced a similar challenge on PracHub. The rest of the interview followed a straightforward path, with some easy behavioral questions sprinkled in. Overall, it felt very easy, but I wasn’t quite the right fit for what they needed, so I didn’t receive an offer.
