I interviewed with someone in London while I am in LA and had to set my interview based on UK time. Friendly, quick, mainly discussed past experience in social media. About 3 general management type questions.

Questions were basic screening questions like what do you know about us, what is your approach, discuss your experience, etc.
Applied and was auto-rejected. Hiring Manager reached out a few weeks later saying it was by accident and they wanted to proceed with scheduling interviews. Interviewed with recruiter, then several team members over the course of a few weeks.
