Recruiter contacted me for a phone screen to discuss the role and my credentials. Afterwards, they scheduled one round with the hiring manager, which was an hour long behavioral. Questions involved research experience, methods, and study design. A few questions about your working style and personal qualities.

1st interview with the hiring manager walking hin trough my experience, knowledge and education. 30min.
2nd interview: loop:
- 1st: more behavioural: questions related to how I act in different situations, but also asking me about my previous experiences while working with colleagues.
- 2nd: a spreadsheet to explore and identify issues. Questions about working with data and data collection.
-3rd: Talking about the data collection and the audio lab environment.
This was my first experience interviewing for a big tech company, and even though I did not get the job, it was a very nice experience to have. The people at Meta are committed to making the process a nice experience, so I'm deeply grateful for that.
