Interview
I participated in two stages of interviews: one with the recruiter and one with the manager/analyst. Overall, I would say the interview experience was positive. The first interview with the recruiter was very friendly; the recruiter made sure to clearly and concisely convey her thoughts, the goals of the role, and the reasons behind the current hiring.
The second stage with the manager/analyst consisted of two parts: case study and SQL. Before this stage, I was provided with a note explaining how to best prepare for the interview. The SQL part was quite expected, with no hidden pitfalls, and appropriate in complexity for an analyst.

Had a qualitative recruiter screening followed by case study interview. Did not get a next round. Standard big-company interview process. Recruiter was friendly but the senior analyst leading the case study seemed disinterested (his audio quality was also very poor which was annoying).

Interview
Applied on Facebook career website. After one month, when I was thinking why there is no response then I got a phone interview invitation from a recruiter. The recruiter was friendly and polite. Overall the process was good. The position was for a product that I felt might not be that a good fit and ask if I can transfer to do other products after the phone screen. However, eventually I did not get the 2nd interview.
