Quick. Streamlined. Efficient. Everything was provided ahead of time and the meeting went smoothly. I enjoyed the technical aspect of it, as compared to an in person meeting. I am sure in person is intimidating. This was very clear and concise for an interview. The follow-up was prompt and direct.
First interview with the HR person and then the hiring manager.
The second interview was not great as The hiring manager did not join the video showing her face so I didn’t get a good rapport.
