I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (London, England)
Interview
The interview process was quick and well-structured, with clear and detailed information provided beforehand to help me prepare effectively. I had two screening interviews—one focused on people management and the other on system design—both of which felt like friendly, engaging conversations rather than high-pressure evaluations. Both of them seemed to indicate that the position was competitive
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
People management was on different experiences as a manager (positive, negative and how you helped fellow colleagues)
System design was on general design. Focus on the questions the interviewer is asking as it tells what he is interested in.
15 interviews and the process took so long. Multiple periods of silence where I thought the process was over only to be contacted again to have additional interviews. Definitely a very long process
Very thoughtful process for a contracting role in a marketing function. Sharp engaged questions. Not overly laborious. Clear and relevant to job description. Did 3 rounds of interviews. No real feedback would be only criticism.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meta (Mountain View, CA) in Nov 2025
Interview
Efficient process that involved clear communication with scheduler, recruiter and then interviewers. Four rounds, each with a different topic area focus - always ending with a chance to ask questions and beginning with a bit on ‘tell me about yourself.’ Decision followed pretty quickly after the interview process.

Question 1
Lots of ‘how will you approach…’ and ‘tell me about a time…’ questions.
