c) 5 rounds of onsite interviews with hiring manager and peers..each for about 30 minutes with no break in between.
Opportunities provided to ask questions about the role. Brevity is key. I could see the team getting bored by detailed answers
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Primarily focused on experience...behavioral questions e.g. what was a challenging situation, tell me about a time you resolved stakeholder conflict etc.
Pleasant and quick! The questions focused mainly on XFN coordination and I needed to be able to talk about my past projects in details, and what went wrong. Be prepared to talk a lot about your communication, how you'd tailor it to different groups, etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Meta in Aug 2025
Interview
30 min HR Screen phone call followed by a 45 hiring manager virtual zoom interview and then finally a full loop which consisted of 5 45 minute virtual zoom interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All interviewers asked “tell me about a time” questions and “why meta?”
You feel like a number because no one in the interview process remembers anything about you. 3 recruiters interacted with me and none of them stayed with the org, just passed me to the next person in a 3 week span.
