The first round was a meet and greet with HR, the second was with a member on the specific team I applied for. The third was with an additional member of the team and a homework assignment that was to be presented. The fourth was with yet another member of the team. At this point things felt promising and I was sent a link about the company benefits and onboard bonuses. It may have been my mistake in accepting so many interview phases but I tried to give the benefit of the doubt for a fully remote environment. In the end they didn't move forward due to lack of tech background and the whole thing felt exceedingly drawn out.
