This was a thorough process, I had an hour telephone interview with the technical lead, this was based around the technologies I had used and what I would be using. Once though this stage I was given a small project to create which would be evaluated. After this stage I then had roughly a two hour interview with the technical lead and a team leader in the London office, this was a more in-depth session were I was asked about my knowledge on the technology's that I had worked on and examples were also requested on how I'd made significant impacts within my current employment. The people within the telephone and face to face interviews were both very friendly and overall this was a pleasant experience.
