Metaswitch Graduate Technical Author interview questions

Online test Two interviews and two tests Virtual assessment day including 3 interviews, 2 tests and presentation The whole recruitment process is very long and they expect a lot. The presentation aspect of it seemed pointless to me as they said they weren't judging my presentation skills, yet I still had to prepare a 30 minute presentation on something that interested me. The ATM test was the worst section for me as it was very difficult (extra difficult to do remotely as it requires a hell of a lot of scrolling on your computer back and forth). For this reason I think it would be better if they moved the ATM test to earlier as this will be where most people will fail and could have saved me a lot of time preparing a presentation and prepping for multiple interviews which is the reason I rate it badly. Additionally, they didn't really ask many general interview questions or delve into my experience.
