I applied online. After passing the online stage I was invited to Enfield to interview. The interview process was quite straightforward. First I had to sit a short IQ style test. After this was a longer test which presented a networking question in a non CS format. The question was asking about sending messages in a medieval setting using different methods (horse, ship ect...). Finally I had two interviews which covered my answers to the longer test among other things. It was clear that my interviewers had not read my application. I was told several times throughout my application that not having a background in CS would not be a disadvantage. I personally don't believe this to be true and feel that anyone with a good understanding of networks would have found my interview rather straight forward. All in all I had a good time at the interview, I thought the questions were fun and I am disappointed that I did not get the place.
