The process is exactly as described by others - nothing has changed. During the interview, everyone is great, and tries to make you feel welcome. It's unfortunate I didn't make it through the next stage.
However, here's the twist - they regularly emphasise (on their website and otherwise) that applicants should seek feedback from failed interviews. This relates back directly to their investment on your personal growth, and wanting the best for you. They do not live up to this image, and are rather unprofessional in the process. I was asked (by them in the first instance) to call to gain feedback, and I've called 5 times on consecutive days. However, the first time their systems were down. Ever since then, I've been told that I'll receive a call within 15 minutes, or an email by the end of the day - this hasn't happened. Furthermore, the entire recruiting team has been in a meeting every time I've called since. It's been a week since I made the first call.
I understand how time-consuming this process can be, but the problem lies in claiming to care enough to indeed go through the process, only to later let people down.
