The application form is guided, with them asking a large number of questions. This is followed by a short online test. After that, you have to travel to their offices in London. The office is friendly during the interviews. There are two tests -- one a standard logic test and the other an in-house test relevant to the internship role.

Interview process was excellent. Really enjoyed the process and the interviewers were very kind and engaging. Multiple stages including aptitude testing alongside one to one personal and more targeted skills/experience interviews.

In person interview. Do a test, multiple choice with 3 others in the room. Then you go for a 1 on 1 interview to discuss the results. Was good. People were quite friendly. But try to take a little time understanding the question.
